Pre Primary Coordinator

The Pre-Primary Coordinator is responsible for the academic leadership, curriculum development, teacher mentoring, and smooth day-to-day functioning of the pre-primary section (Nursery to KG). The role includes implementing age-appropriate learning strategies, ensuring child safety, and fostering a nurturing learning environment that promotes cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
Team Leadership & Staff Development:

• Supervise, guide, and mentor pre-primary teachers and assistants.
• Conduct regular training and professional development sessions.
• Set performance expectations and conduct staff evaluations.
