Preschool Gymnastics Director

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and passionate Preschool Gymnastics Director to lead our dynamic early childhood fitness program. In this role, you will design, implement, and oversee engaging gymnastics activities tailored specifically for preschool-aged children. Your leadership will foster a fun, safe, and motivating environment that encourages physical development, coordination, and confidence. The ideal candidate will bring a lively spirit, excellent teaching skills, and a strong background in gymnastics to inspire young learners and support their growth through movement.

Responsibilities

• Develop age-appropriate gymnastics curricula that promote physical skills such as balance, coordination, strength, and flexibility for preschool children.
• Lead energetic group classes, ensuring all activities are safe, inclusive, and engaging to motivate young participants.
• Manage daily class schedules, coordinate with staff, and ensure all equipment is maintained and properly used.
• Foster a positive environment by applying effective behavior management techniques that encourage cooperation and enthusiasm among children.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate progress, address concerns, and promote active participation in their child's developmental journey.
• Supervise assistant instructors and support staff to uphold program standards and safety protocols.
• Leading training sessions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of gymnastics fundamentals along with experience in sports coaching.
• Familiarity with behavior management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Ability to lead energetic classes while ensuring safety standards are met at all times.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members effectively.
• Certifications related to child development, teaching physical education, or health clubs are advantageous.
