Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development.
• Manage classroom activities effectively to create a positive learning environment.
• Foster children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth through engaging activities and our STRIVE for 5 resources.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and development.
• Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall educational program.

Requirements

• Highschool diploma
• Credentials in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Experience working with young children in an educational setting is essential.
• Strong classroom management skills to maintain a productive learning environment.
• Knowledge of literacy education practices is highly desirable.
• Ability to implement engaging lesson plans tailored to children's needs.
