Preschool Lead Teacher

Join the UMCC family today as a lead teacher in our 2/3 year old classroom! We are looking for a loving and kind individual who understands and wants to learn more about young children. Playing an essential role in our center, we are looking for someone caring and compassionate with the ability to work with and navigate all of the behaviors found in a childcare center.

You will be responsible for creating and implementing dynamic, age-appropriate lesson plans, leading daily classroom activities, managing behavior with positive reinforcement, and collaborating and communicating with families about children's progress. Addressing concerns both through daily reports and, upon request, parent teacher conferences.

This is a full-time, salary paid position with paid vacation, sick time, and personal days!

We are currently looking to fill one position, able to start as soon as possible! Reliability and consistency are a must! We will pay for clearances if needed prior to your start date, and are dedicated to working with you to complete any trainings you may need in order to provide you with the confidence to begin working with a fresh start!

Pay: From $3,100.00 per month
