Rainbow Children’s Academy is seeking an exceptional Lead English Preschool Teacher who demonstrates strong classroom leadership, effective behavior management, and a deep understanding of early childhood development.

RCA is a Chinese-English bilingual childcare center dedicated to providing high-quality early learning experiences in a nurturing and academically rich environment. We value professionalism, teamwork, continuous improvement, and meaningful growth opportunities for our educators.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a preschool classroom of up to 20 children alongside an assistant teacher
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to assistant teachers
• Create a structured, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment where children can thrive
• Conduct thoughtful observations and developmental assessments
• Build positive and trusting relationships with families through clear communication and collaboration

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of preschool lead teaching experience
• Strong classroom management and leadership abilities
• Professional, organized, dependable, and team-oriented
• Passionate about early childhood education and ongoing professional growth

Schedule

Monday–Friday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

• $26–$30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
