Preschool Teacher

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team Preschool team, or may help with our all-school floater. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. Ideally lead qualified, or close to it.

Part-time and/or Full-time hours available

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote the intellectual and social development of children
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow
- Provide individualized attention to each child to support their unique needs and interests
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to encourage positive behavior in the classroom
- Collaborate with parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child
- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development

Requirements:

- Ideally have a CDA or Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Previous experience working in a preschool or child care setting
- Proficiency in classroom management and lesson planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

You must clear background and fingerprint check, CPR certified (can be done upon hire), flexible availability, have reliable transportation, and 3 references are required.

Hourly rate will vary depending on qualifcations.
