Job Overview

We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and creative Preschool Teacher to join our team at Sarjapura Road, Bangalore. The ideal candidate should be passionate about early childhood education, skilled in engaging young learners, and capable of creating a nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities for preschool children.
• Foster overall child development, including language, numeracy, motor, social, and creative skills.
• Create a joyful and safe classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
• Use storytelling, play-based methods, songs, and creative arts to make lessons engaging.
• Observe and track the progress of each child, sharing regular updates with parents.
• Collaborate with the school team to plan events, activities, and celebrations.
• Ensure classroom safety, hygiene, and adherence to school policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• ECCEd / NTT / Montessori training (mandatory).
• Graduate in any stream preferred.
• 1–3 years of teaching experience in preschool/early childhood education.
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).
• Strong classroom management skills with patience and empathy.
• Passion for working with young children and contributing to their growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
