Preschool Teacher

Job description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching all subjects to students aged 3-6 years, creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment, and fostering the social, emotional, and cognitive development of our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lesson Planning: Plan and deliver engaging lessons for all subjects, including English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, and Arts.

2. Classroom Management: Create a warm, welcoming, and well-organized classroom environment that promotes learning and exploration.

3. Teaching and Assessment: Teach students using a variety of methods, including play-based learning, storytelling, and hands-on activities. Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.

4. Student Development: Foster the social, emotional, and cognitive development of students, encouraging independence, self-confidence, and a love for learning.

5. Communication: Maintain open communication with parents, guardians, and colleagues to ensure student progress and well-being.

6. Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of the pre-primary curriculum, ensuring alignment with national and international standards.

7. Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development to stay updated on best practices in pre-primary education.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience teaching pre-primary students.

3. Basic computer knowledge.
