Position: Preschool Teacher
Location: Sarjapura Road, Bangalore
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience Required: 1 – 3 years

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for early childhood education and the ability to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities based on Montessori/NTT/ECCEd methods.
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Monitor and assess children’s progress, sharing feedback with parents.
• Encourage creativity, curiosity, and independence in children.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school events and activities.

Qualifications:

• Certification in Montessori Training / NTT / ECCEd.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant teaching experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with young children.
