Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and skilled Preschool Teacher to join our team. The candidate should be passionate about early childhood education and able to create an engaging and nurturing classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons using Montessori/NTT/ECCEd methodologies.
• Support children’s overall development — cognitive, social, emotional, and physical.
• Use interactive activities, stories, music, and play to make learning enjoyable.
• Monitor each child’s progress and communicate effectively with parents.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to school programs and events.

Qualifications:

• Certification in ECCEd / NTT / Montessori Training.
• 1–3 years of teaching experience.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Patient, caring, and creative personality with a love for working with young children.
