Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Looking for energetic, positive person with family friendly values who enjoys working with young children. Opportunities available to work with young children from babies to prekindergarten. Educational opportunities available and we will train. CDA preferred but not required. Must be available Monday through Friday from 1-6 pm.

Responsibilities include educating and caring for young children and good customer service with the families. A chance to work in a high energy, happy environment where you are always welcomed with a smile!

Duties

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
• Facilitate a safe and supportive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to support children's development.
• Promote positive behavior management techniques to foster social skills among students.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Skills

• Strong background in childcare practices and principles of child development.
• Proficient in curriculum development tailored for preschool-aged children.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
• A genuine passion for nurturing young minds and supporting their growth.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
