Preschool Teacher

We are looking for a passionate and nurturing Preschool Teacher to join our Eurokids team. Teacher has to manage kids and teach them as per curriculum.

This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and a deep commitment to early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow Eurokids age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.

- Foster curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking through play-based and interactive learning methods.

- Introduce basic concepts in literacy, numeracy, and environmental awareness.

2. Classroom Management:

- Create a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment.

- Guide children’s behavior and social interactions with patience and consistency.

- Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization to ensure a productive learning atmosphere.

3. Child Observation and Assessment:

- Observe, document, and assess each child’s development and progress.

- Identify individual learning needs and tailor activities to support each child’s growth.

- Provide regular updates to parents on their child’s achievements and areas for development.

4. Parental Engagement:

- Establish open, respectful, and effective communication with parents.

- Organize and participate in parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and events.

- Address parents' inquiries and concerns regarding their child’s progress and well-being.

5. Health, Safety, and Well-being:

- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.

- Monitor children’s well-being and report any issues to school administration.

- Administer basic first aid when necessary and maintain accurate incident records.

- Familiarity with play-based and Montessori learning approaches.

- Ability to adapt to the needs of a diverse student population.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
