Responsibilities

• Implement age-appropriate curriculum that reflects children's interests and needs.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Support social-emotional development through meaningful interactions.
• Observe and document children's progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues and families to support each child's growth.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to promote positive learning experiences.
• Plan and execute engaging lessons that encourage exploration and discovery.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom setting.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with preschool children or in early childhood education.
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with young learners.
• Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate practices.
• Ability to deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum goals.
• Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Certification in early childhood education or related field preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22.5 per week
