Preschool Teacher

## Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and creating a nurturing environment for young learners.

## Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans to engage preschool-aged children
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and development
- Provide individualized attention to each child to support their social, emotional, and cognitive growth
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a safe and productive learning environment
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's educational journey

## Qualifications
- High school diploma or high school equivalency certification.

- degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Familiarity with Montessori or other progressive educational approaches is a plus
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
