Preschool Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young children's development while working in a nurturing and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will bring experience in curriculum development and classroom management, with a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning atmosphere. We are pleased to offer a $500 sign-on bonus after 1 year of employment to qualified applicants who demonstrate exceptional teaching skills and a love for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate curricula that promote early childhood development, literacy, math, and social-emotional skills.
• Plan and execute daily lesson plans aligned with educational standards and individual student needs.
• Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children from toddlers through preschool age.

What We Need from You:

• High School Diploma and/or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field of study preferred
• FL DCF 45 hours required
• FL DCF Transcript – You can retrieve the transcript from https://training01-dcf.myflorida.com/studentsite/admin/signin
• CDA for infants and Toddlers highly preferred
• Must clear a full DCF level II background check.

At least 1-3 years of professional early childhood training/experience

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
