Preschool Teacher

## Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a key role in nurturing and educating young children in a safe and stimulating environment.

## Duties

- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of preschool-aged children

- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and exploration

- Provide individualized attention to each child to support their unique needs and interests

- Foster positive relationships with parents and caregivers through regular communication and updates on their child's progress

- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote a positive classroom atmosphere

- Incorporate activities that promote literacy education, physical education, and early intervention strategies

## Qualifications

- Degree or Certification in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred

- Previous experience working in a preschool, daycare, or private school setting is advantageous

- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues

- Certification in CPR and First Aid is desirable

- Proficiency in behavior management techniques tailored for preschool-aged children

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
