Qualifications:

• Contributes to building and maintaining a dynamic faith community by being an active, practicing Catholic who is comfortable sharing their faith

• Develop, implement, and maintain an developmentally appropriate and intentionally inviting classroom environment for learning

• Model professionalism and a positive attitude

• Knowledgeable in the Minnesota Department of Human Services Rule 3 and the ability to enforce the required safety procedures

• Excel in communication skills with parents and coworkers

• Committed to the field of Early Childhood

• Punctual and prepared for daily activities, meetings, workshops, and other required staffing days

• Able to create lesson plans and hands on engagement opportunities for students within the classroom

• Actively reassess your own work and the interests of the students to adapt lessons and the classroom environment to meet the needs of all learners.
