What You’ll Do

As a Preschool Teacher, you will:

• Work with co-teacher on classroom planning, daily instruction, and child assessment
• Use a variety of teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
• Develop curriculum materials and ensure compliance with state standards
• Maintain a positive, structured, child-centered classroom environment
• Build strong relationships with families through communication and conferences
• Track documentation, assessment data, attendance, and required reporting
• Collaborate with teaching teams, supervisors, and support staff
• Continuously refine instruction using feedback and best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Education: A minimum of a CDA
• Will accept applicants working on obtaining a CDA or willing to obtain a CDA (Foundations can cover the expense)
• Teaching experience with preschool-aged children (preferred)
• Strong classroom management and instructional skills
• Ability to create effective lesson plans and meet learning outcomes
• Excellent communication skills and cultural responsiveness
• Organizational skills for documentation, assessment, and reporting
• A growth mindset and commitment to high-quality learning
• A team-focused, positive attitude
