Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners during their formative years. Responsibilities

  • Design and execute dynamic lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including Montessori methods and literacy education techniques.
  • Develop engaging curriculum content that promotes cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth across diverse learning styles.
  • Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and tailored behavior management strategies.
  • Support special education needs by implementing individualized plans and early intervention strategies to assist children with developmental delays or learning differences.
  • Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor progress and inform instruction.
  • Collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to communicate children’s progress, address concerns, and provide guidance on child welfare and development.
  • Facilitate activities that promote literacy, math skills, physical education, and social-emotional learning in accordance with best practices.
  • Maintain detailed records of student development, attendance, lesson plans, and classroom activities to ensure compliance with licensing standards.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development related to childhood development, classroom management, childcare practices, and curriculum enhancements.

Experience

  • Prior classroom experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare or private school setting is required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood education principles such as childhood development theories and classroom management techniques.
  • Experience developing curriculum content for toddlers through preschoolers, including literacy education and math instruction.
  • Familiarity with special education practices, early intervention programs, and behavior management strategies is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with young children, parents, colleagues, and community partners.
  • Previous experience working within Montessori or similar educational frameworks is a plus.
