Preschool Teacher

Stepping Stones Montessori is looking for a Preschool Teacher to join our team. We have a fun and supportive team who work together to ensure the best possible learning environment for all children.

Duties:

• Creating and maintaining an environment that is clean, safe, and comfortable for all children
• Carrying out the daily responsibilities of the classroom relating to the care of the children
• Responsible for the safety and well-being of each child, responding to their emotional needs
• Implementing lesson plans/curriculum on a weekly basis covering all areas of child development
• Establishing a professional level of rapport with each family in order to provide quality care for the children

Skills:

• Completion of a High School DiplomaRequired (with 2 C's)
• 6 months or more experience as a Preschool Teacher
• Passion for Early Childhood Education
• Ability to work well in a team environment
