Preschool Teacher Aide

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teachers Aide to join our team. As a Preschool Teachers Aide, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. You will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, fostering social and emotional development, and promoting early childhood education. Duties: - Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and promote learning in areas such as math, literacy, and social skills - Create a safe and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity - Provide individualized attention to each child, addressing their unique needs and interests - Foster positive behavior management techniques to promote a respectful and inclusive classroom community - Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education - Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing feedback to parents/guardians on their development - Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and other necessary documentation Qualifications: - Previous experience working in a daycare or preschool setting is preferred - Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices - Ability to create engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues - Patience, compassion, and the ability to provide a nurturing environment for young children - Familiarity with behavior management techniques that encourage positive social interactions Skills: - Experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting - Strong understanding of early childhood development principles - Proficiency in math concepts for early learners - Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively - Knowledge of literacy education for preschool-aged children - Experience in childcare or tutoring roles focused on preschool-aged children If you are passionate about early childhood education and have the skills necessary to create a positive learning environment for young children, we encourage you to apply for the position of Preschool Teacher.
