Preschool Teacher Assistant

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds and lives of young children. You will create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and develop important skills for their future.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lesson plans
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Provide guidance and support to children with special education needs or developmental delays
- Teach basic literacy, numeracy, and social skills
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a comprehensive curriculum
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding their child's development

Qualifications:
- 12 Early Childhood Units required
- Previous experience working in a daycare or preschool setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Familiarity with behavior management strategies
- Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- Experience working with children on the autism spectrum is a plus
- Strong classroom management skills
