Preschool Teacher (Female)

SUPERMA’AM JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Ensure that a safe and secure learning environment is provided to the Children.

2. Develop and maintain a construc:ve and ongoing rapport with children and parents

3. Ensure that a variety of materials and resources is provided to the Children to explore, manipulate and use, both in learning ac:vi:es and in imagina:ve play

4. Enforce all administra:on policies and rules

5. Implemen:ng curriculum and given planner with guided ac:vi:es

6. Enforce policies, take daily observa:on/anecdotes, plan for each ac:vity.

7. Care Call to Parents’ twice a month

. 8. Ensure that the parents concern is being addressed without affec:ng rela:onships with them

9. Collaborate with other teachers and administrators in the development, evalua:on, and revision of high scope programs

10. Store, maintain, enhance the inventory and educa:onal materials of the classroom, Adapt teaching methods and instruc:onal materials to meet child’s various needs and interests

11. Ensure that children are in complete supervision during Nap Time, Arrival time, dispersal , Meal time, Washroom

. 12. Participates in all the trainings Skills and Specifica.on

1. Graduate OR NTT or any teacher training course OR Experience in any pre-school for more than 3 year or more.

2. Age should be 25 or above.

3. English fluency Reading>> She can read and understand planner. Wri:ng >> Can write Anecdotes, Care call and COR. Speaking >> Can talk to Parents and Children.Job description
