Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Presentation & Graphic Designer to join our team. This role will focus on creating polished, brand-aligned client deliverables, including presentations, proposals, one-pagers, and internal business communications. 

The ideal candidate has a business mindset paired with strong creative execution skills. They are someone who can quickly understand the business context behind a deliverable and translate it into a clean, impactful design. They should be equally comfortable in Adobe Creative Suite and the Microsoft 365 Suite (especially PowerPoint), ensuring our materials look polished, professional, and aligned with our brand standards. They are also able to stay ahead of fast turnaround times in a highly matrixed environment

All candidates should have a strong portfolio showcasing high-level presentation work in PowerPoint and InDesign.

This role is a full-time, hybrid position (2 days a week on-site in Arlington, VA), and reports directly to the Brand & Marketing Manager . 

Responsibilities

Design & Deliverables

• Create, design, and polish executive-level presentations, proposals, one-pagers, and branded templates.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all client-facing and internal documents.
• Collaborate with consulting and account teams to design deliverables that communicate ideas with clarity and impact.
• Develop and maintain a library of templates and design assets for efficiency and brand consistency.

Collaboration & Support

• Partner with account managers and consultants to align client-facing materials with the customer’s brand identity.
• Provide design support for internal documents and business communications.
• Support the consulting team with visual storytelling for client workshops, team sessions, and proposals.

Innovation & Process

• Innovate new ways to bring data and ideas to life through visuals.
• Continuously improve processes for design workflow and delivery speed.
• Stay current on design tools, trends, and presentation best practices.

Location

Arlington, VA — This is a hybrid position requiring two days a week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) in the office.

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Relevant design and/or presentation-focused experience (please include in your portfolio).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign.
• Strong skills in the full Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, Excel) and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience with branding and template development.
• Familiarity with WordPress and social media design principles is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
