Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Preservation Supervisor to join our project team in Qatar. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in preservation activities for mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and construction-related equipment, with the ability to supervise preservation works, maintain records, coordinate inspections, and ensure compliance with project and HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise preservation activities for mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and construction equipment/materials.

Ensure preservation procedures are properly implemented to protect equipment from corrosion, contamination, deterioration, and environmental damage.

Conduct routine inspections and audits of preserved equipment, tools, and materials.

Maintain preservation records, inspection reports, preservation logs, checklists, and documentation.

Coordinate with construction, QA/QC, commissioning, warehouse, and maintenance teams.

Monitor humidity, temperature, storage conditions, and environmental controls.

Ensure proper handling, storage, lubrication, cleaning, covering, and preventive preservation practices.

Supervise preservation technicians and subcontractors at site.

Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, permit-to-work systems, and company procedures.

Prepare daily/weekly progress reports for management and client review.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in preservation, maintenance, or equipment preservation activities.

Experience in construction, oil & gas, EPC, industrial, or infrastructure projects preferred.

Good knowledge of preservation methods, record management, equipment handling, and site documentation.

Ability to lead teams and coordinate with multiple departments.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Must be available in Qatar.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Transferable visa / valid QID preferred.
