Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary President to lead our organization towards achieving its strategic goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing (specifically Google Ads), sales, leading high performing teams and proven track record in driving growth through innovative strategies.

This role requires exceptional leadership skills, the ability to inspire teams, and a deep understanding of the digital landscape, including SEO, Google Ads and social media marketing for healthcare and dental practices.

This role will have full autonomy.
Past success is a requirement.
Profit share opportunities after 1-year.

Responsibilities In Each Department

Marketing Department

  • Oversee marketing to healthcare and dental practices to acquire quality leads
  • Test marketing channels and track quality of leads to ensure pipeline is full

Sales Department

  • Be the main sales person for services until lead flow requires second sales person
  • Reponsible for owning sales pipeline (Call #1: Discovery Call, Call #2: Proposal Call)
  • Achieve a minimum of 50% close rate on all proposal calls
  • Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets through proven sales script
  • Attend industry events and conferences to sell

Operations Deparment

  • Oversee all delivery team who is executing all delivery work (website builds, SEO, google ads, social media content, etc.)
  • Ensure account managers are checking in with clients to get feedback
  • Be proactive on accounts, not reactive
  • Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics to monitor performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

HR & Finance

  • Oversee budgeting processes to ensure financial health and 30% profit margins
  • High A-players into new positions in the company

Leadership

  • Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee the leaders of each department (sales, marketing, operations, HR & finance)
  • Occupy a deparment leader seat until that deparment is large enough to require a dedicated leader
  • Be the face of the company

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role with a focus on marketing and sales.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies including SEO, social media marketing and content marketing.
  • Preferred experience in healthcare and dental practices
  • Proficiency in tools such as WordPress, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms such as GoHighLevel.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content for various channels.
  • Excellent communicator and comfortable speaking to groups and teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing budgets effectively while maximizing ROI on marketing initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a talent for inspiring teams and fostering a positive work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
