What You'll Be Doing

• Accurately input and code prevailing wage hours into payroll systems.
• Prepare and submit certified payroll reports in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with sales to anticipate prevailing wage job needs.
• Respond to emails regarding certified payrolls.
• Support payroll team operations and assist with special projects.

What Are We Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and wage calculations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll systems; Kronos experience a plus.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability and collaboration in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Work Environment
This role operates in a fast-paced office setting with cross-functional collaboration across payroll, HR, and operations teams. It requires a high level of discretion, reliability, and a proactive approach to managing prevailing wage compliance.
