Preventative Maintenance Coordinator

Work Scope:

Reporting to the designated Workstream Team Leader, SAP Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for support of maintenance personnel to ensure continued operability, SAP based maintenance of equipment throughout H&P operations

Key Tasks:

• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the relevant H&P procedures and regulations.
• Coordinate and control over CMMS processes in the designated country
• Implement new Equipment Maintenance Procedures
• Translate (where required) and implement new Equipment Maintenance Procedures
• Assistance and consultation with all the CMMS related questions to the end users
• Prepare and timely update of SAP PM Training materials for in country SAP PM trainings
• Any new SAP PM processes (procedures) update and familiarization of in country SAP PM end users
• Planning and realization of special assignments as well as assistance in Project Teams
• Prepare flowcharts and procedures within SAP PM for the in-country utilization
• Coordination with IT Service system for PM related tickets
• Corrective Maintenance – initiating and assistance with creating respective PM Work Orders by Maintenance personnel
• Monitor / Distribution of Alerts and Bulletins information to the affected rigs and ensure accurate completion of the linked PM Work Orders in SAP
• Work with measurement points – control over the input measurement readings data, adjustment and assistance where required (reporting any discrepancies to PMS Support)
• Work with maintenance plans (when necessary): monitor and reporting any issues in case of wrong scheduling / when rescheduling is required to PMS Support
• Work with DMS (Documents Management System)
• Ensure Documentation quality prior attaching in H&P SAP (size, legibility, completeness etc.), report any inconsistencies to the originators
• Organize regular checks of Equipment assignments in SAP (to Functional Locations), Equipment OEM data for completeness (request any missing from the rig and submit to relevant SCM/PMS Teams for update), Maintenance Work Orders completion status (for correct statuses utilization by the end users) and other checks upon requests

Educational background:

Bachelor's degree in electrical / mechanical Engineering
