As a member of the CPTS Infrastructure Services team, you will contribute to Epsilon's growth and profitability through pricing initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Director of Pricing, you will deliver results for the organization by collaborating with a dynamic Pricing team, Finance and Product Management.
What You'll Achieve-
As the Pricing Analyst, you will conduct a detailed analysis on a defined subset of Epsilon Tech products and/or services and develop/implement a pricing framework to support the overall revenue goals. Find opportunities to improve our profitability, while detailing, implementing and supervising initiatives to resolve financial impact.

Set the strategy for specific products by triangulating market insights, Epsilon growth targets, and profitability to improve product revenue potential. By communicating pricing data applying visualization tools, we will be able to make informed and accelerated decisions.

Taking the responsibility to own and develop creative visualization, you will enable us to generate more wins at higher profitability. You will have a direct impact on the financial growth of the products within the portfolio!

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze value-based price strategies for Epsilon products (e.g., Customer Identity, Clean Room Activation, Real Time Recognition, Epsilon Accelerate)

Maintain competitiveness of Epsilon's Tech portfolio using internal and external benchmarks

Collaborate with Product teams to understand product roadmap and feature functionality while collecting new market intelligence on product improvements. Build value maps based on product capabilities to understand the overall value of the offering to the marketplace.

Assist with building quotes into the Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) system. Understand the product costs drivers and recommend changes to improve margins

Bring forward pricing strategies and changes in collaboration with product leaders to drive long term profitability. Determine model impacts, provide definition, gain alignment and implement pricing process changes that simplify and improve speed to quote.

Develop recommendations to streamline and simplify the price delivery and pricing processes. Actively lead price lists, tables, costs, price approvals and price change requests.

Integrate with cross functional leaders on Tech bundling opportunities. Perform ad hoc analytics and presentations to senior management. Support the deal desk on opportunities related to the Tech product portfolio

Recommend profitability improvement ideas for consideration by Senior Leadership.

Maintain and improve Pricing reporting tools for activation and Tech products & customers. Support the development and approval process

Build a running list of OI improvement ideas. Develop supporting documentation to size the revenue potential using analytics.

Lead the definition effort to ensure changes are implemented within the Pricing tools

Track success for all initiatives going forward building appropriate reporting to audit and ensure governance. Partner with Finance on annual and monthly forecasting assumptions
Who You Are-
What you'll bring with you:

3+ years of experience in pricing media or software solutions

Experience in implementing and driving pricing strategies

Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Analytic Tooling & Data Visualization

Strong financial analysis and analytics background - quick and detailed problem solver
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills -comfortable communicating the complexities of pricing at very senior levels within the organization

A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Marketing or similar business-related field is preferred.

Base Salary: $54,000 - $90,000
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
