Pricing Analyst

Job Summary

Arabian Tide Shipping FZE is seeking an experienced Pricing Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in Air and Sea freight pricing within a freight forwarding environment. The ideal candidate must have 2–3 years of direct logistics pricing experience, including rate procurement, quotation support, and coordination with carriers and overseas agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Air & Sea freight quotations for import and export shipments
• Request, negotiate, and analyze rates from airlines, shipping lines, and overseas agents
• Maintain and update buying & selling rate sheets
• Support sales team with competitive and accurate pricing
• Analyze market trends, fuel surcharges, and carrier rate changes
• Ensure pricing accuracy based on Incoterms, routing, and transit time
• Coordinate with operations for feasibility and cost control
• Maintain pricing records and turnaround within tight timelines
• Support tenders, RFQs, and key account pricing

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience strictly in Air & Sea freight pricing
• Must have worked in a freight forwarding / logistics company
• Strong knowledge of:
• Airline & shipping line rate structures
• Freight forwarder cost components
• Incoterms & trade lanes
• Ability to handle time-sensitive pricing requests
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Good communication skills
• UAE logistics market experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
