About the Role

We’re searching for a detail-driven and analytical Pricing Estimator who can evaluate project requirements, calculate accurate cost estimates, and help us deliver competitive proposals. If you love numbers, precision, and digging into details — this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and requirements to prepare precise cost estimates.
• Identify material, labor, and time requirements for each project.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing and negotiate competitive rates.
• Prepare and present detailed estimation reports for internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineering, and finance departments for seamless proposal development.
• Update and maintain cost data, pricing models, and historical records for future use.
• Review project scope changes and revise estimates as needed.
• Support in bidding and tender preparation, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in estimation, pricing, or cost analysis (industry-specific experience is a plus).
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software (e.g., CostX, PlanSwift, Bluebeam).
• Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
