NOTE: Only FEMALE candidate is required for this role

Budget: .4.50 LPA To 12 LPA

Responsibilities

• Rate Procurement & Negotiation
• Source competitive freight rates from carriers, shipping lines, airlines, and transport vendors.
• Negotiate pricing and service terms to optimize margins and client value.
• Quotation Management
• Prepare accurate and timely quotes for air, sea, and road shipments.
• Customize pricing based on cargo type, route, volume, and urgency.
• Vendor Coordination
• Maintain strong relationships with logistics partners and service providers.
• Track rate validity, seasonal surcharges, and service updates.
• Market Intelligence
• Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and fuel surcharges.
• Advise sales and operations teams on pricing strategy and positioning.
• Cost Analysis & Margin Control
• Evaluate cost structures and ensure profitability on each shipment.
• Flag low-margin or loss-making quotes for review.
• System & Database Management
• Update rate sheets, tariffs, and pricing templates in ERP or freight software.
• Ensure data accuracy for internal and client-facing tools.
• Support to Sales Team
• Provide quick turnaround on pricing requests for tenders and spot shipments.
• Assist in preparing pricing proposals for key accounts and RFPs.
• Documentation & Compliance
• Ensure pricing complies with customs, DGFT, and international trade regulations.
• Maintain audit-ready records of rate approvals and vendor contracts.
