Qualifications

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills,
• Proven experience in pricing, commercial finance, or FP&A,
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders,
• Excellent communication and presentation skills,
• Ideally experience within a multinational BPO or service industry environment. (Big 4 support)
• Good command of English
• Good team player with strong communication skills,

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and validate all assumptions used in pricing models,
• Support development of regional pricing strategy and commercial governance,
• Partner with Sales and Operations to evaluate new deals and renewals,
• Perform sensitivity and profitability analyses to guide decision-making,
• Track market and cost trends to update pricing inputs proactively,

Job Description

This position will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of all financial and commercial assumptions used within our pricing models across Turkey and the wider Middle East region. The role will help maintain and update cost assumptions (labor, inflation, FX, etc.), validate margin targets, and ensure alignment with corporate pricing policies.

In addition to model accuracy, this person will play a key role in supporting the development of our regional pricing strategy — partnering closely with Sales, Finance, FP&A, Operations, and Legal to evaluate opportunities, run scenario analyses, and provide decision support to leadership.

From a stakeholder perspective, the role will interact directly with country finance leads, the regional FP&A team, and the global pricing function to ensure consistency and governance.
