Pricing Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and handle customer inquiries related to transport and logistics services.
  • Understand customer requirements including pickup location, delivery location, cargo type, weight, volume, vehicle type, and delivery timeline.
  • Check cost, market rates, transporter/vendor rates, and company margin before preparing selling prices.
  • Prepare and share quotations/selling rates directly with customers.
  • Follow up with customers after sharing quotations.
  • Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and operations team for updated rates and service availability.
  • Negotiate rates with vendors/transporters where required.
  • Ensure pricing is competitive, accurate, and profitable for the company.
  • Maintain records of inquiries, quotations, customer responses, and confirmed jobs.
  • Support the complete inquiry-to-confirmation process.
  • Monitor market pricing trends and update management about rate changes.

Requirements

  • Education: Graduate
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years preferred
  • Gender: Male/Female
