Job Title: Pricing Executive

Job Summary

The Pricing Executive will be responsible for preparing competitive freight rates, coordinating with carriers, and supporting the sales team with accurate and timely pricing solutions. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of logistics & freight forwarding pricing structures.

Key Responsibilities

Rate Procurement & Costing

*Source rates from airlines, shipping lines, transporters, and agents.

*Prepare accurate quotations for Air, Sea (FCL/LCL), and Road shipments.

*Analyze cost components and ensure competitive pricing for customers.

Maintain updated tariff sheets, rate cards, and vendor pricing.

*Sales Coordination

*Support the sales team with timely rates and customer-specific solutions.

*Coordinate with internal teams to understand customer requirements.

*Follow up on submitted quotes and update the sales pipeline accordingly.

*Customer Support

*Handle customer inquiries related to pricing and service details.

*Provide tailored pricing solutions based on shipment type and complexity.

*Ensure high accuracy and quick turnaround on quotation requests.

*Market & Competitor Analysis

*Monitor market trends, freight rate fluctuations, and competitor pricing.

*Share market insights with management for strategic pricing decisions.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain records of quotations, conversions, and lost business analysis.

Prepare regular pricing performance reports for management review.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
