Key Responsibilities
1. Pricing Strategy & Governance

Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with business goals and market positioning

Establish pricing frameworks, policies, and governance across products/services

Lead pricing transformation initiatives and standardization across business units
2. Market & Competitive Analysis

Conduct market research to understand customer willingness to pay and pricing trends

Analyze competitor pricing, positioning, and value propositions
-
Identify opportunities for pricing optimization and differentiation
3. Financial Analysis & Profitability

Build pricing models to assess margins, cost structures, and profitability

Evaluate financial impact of pricing decisions (discounts, promotions, bundles)

Partner with Finance to ensure alignment with revenue and margin targets
4. Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to align pricing decisions

Support Sales with pricing guidance, deal structuring, and exception approvals
-
Act as the central point of contact for pricing-related decisions
5. Pricing Execution & Tools

Oversee implementation of pricing in systems (ERP / CRM / CPQ tools)

Ensure pricing accuracy, consistency, and compliance across channels

Drive automation and digitization of pricing processes
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, or related field.

5 – 8 years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or financial analysis
