Position Overview
We are seeking a Pricing Strategy Lead to design, implement, and oversee pricing frameworks that drive profitability and market competitiveness. This role requires a highly skilled professional with strong analytical abilities, financial expertise, and the capacity to align pricing strategies with organizational goals. The Pricing Strategy Lead will play a key role in guiding commercial decisions and maintaining Reduc4All Finance’s reputation for excellence in financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing strategies across products and services.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify pricing opportunities.
• Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations teams to align pricing with business objectives.
• Monitor pricing performance and recommend adjustments to optimize profitability.
• Prepare detailed reports, forecasts, and pricing models.
• Ensure compliance with Oman’s financial regulations and company policies.
• Lead initiatives to enhance pricing transparency and efficiency.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts in pricing and financial strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 6–8 years of experience in pricing strategy, financial analysis, or commercial management.
• Strong knowledge of pricing models, market analysis, and risk management practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, ERP systems, and pricing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.
