To strengthen our leadership team in Salalah, we are seeking an experienced Strategic Investment Lead to oversee investment strategies and guide growth initiatives.

Role Overview

The Strategic Investment Lead will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing investment opportunities that align with EALBI Energy’s strategic objectives. This role requires strong financial acumen, industry insight, and leadership skills to ensure sustainable growth and maximize returns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with company goals.
• Identify and evaluate new opportunities in energy, infrastructure, and related sectors.
• Conduct financial modeling, risk analysis, and due diligence for potential investments.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to guide strategic decision-making.
• Manage relationships with investors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Monitor portfolio performance and prepare detailed reports for senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in investment processes and frameworks.
• Mentor and guide team members to build investment expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in investment management, corporate finance, or strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale investments in the energy or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, risk management, and market analysis.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Pay: Up to RO3,900.000 per month
