Professional Profile

  • Minimum 10–12 years of experience in credit risk management, preferably within the automotive finance, banking, or consumer retail sectors.
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in credit modeling, financial statement analysis, and risk-rating systems.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale portfolios and leading high-performance risk/collections teams.
  • Deep understanding of the Omani Commercial Law and the Sultanate’s regulatory landscape for retail finance.
  • Bilingual Excellence: Absolute professional fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory for credit committee reporting and regulatory liaison.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Risk Management; professional certifications (e.g., FRM, PRM) are highly advantageous.

Package & Benefits

  • Fixed Monthly Salary: OMR 2,600.
  • Comprehensive health and life insurance for self and immediate family.
  • Annual flight allowance and 30 days of annual leave.
  • Full company sponsorship and residency permit in Salalah.
  • A leadership position with a globally recognized automotive brand in the heart of Al Wadi.
