Senior Marketing and Brand Partnerships Director

We are looking for a Senior Marketing and Brand Partnerships Director who can take full ownership of our regional growth strategy. You are not just managing campaigns; you are defining how brands scale across markets. You will lead a high performing team, bridging the gap between commercial objectives and innovative campaign execution. You are the voice of strategy in a room full of creatives, analysts, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Ownership:
Lead regional marketing and brand partnership strategy across Oman and Qatar markets. Drive long term growth and market positioning.

Campaign Leadership:
Oversee end to end campaign execution including digital, retail, and experiential activations.

Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor senior marketing managers, account directors, and campaign teams. Build a high performance culture.

Client Partnerships:
Develop and maintain relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders. Lead high value negotiations and contracts.

Performance Management:
Analyze campaign results, optimize ROI, and ensure consistent delivery against revenue targets.

Market Expansion:
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth channels within the GCC region.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
Minimum 10 years in marketing, brand partnerships, or promotions, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

Portfolio:
Proven track record of managing large scale campaigns and high value client accounts across multiple markets.

Industry Background:
Experience in marketing agencies, promotions companies, or brand activation firms is highly preferred.

Language Skills:
English is required for business communication. Arabic is a strong advantage for regional client engagement.

Mindset:
You are commercially driven and strategic. You know when to scale aggressively and when to optimize for efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RO3,800.000 - RO4,000.000 per month
