About Us

MAP Supply Chain Solutions is a fast-growing freight forwarding and logistics company providing reliable Air Freight, Sea Freight, Land Transportation, Customs Clearance, and Supply Chain Solutions to clients worldwide. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Pricing Manager to join our team and lead our pricing and carrier management functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop competitive pricing for Air Freight, Ocean Freight (FCL/LCL), and Land Transportation shipments.
• Obtain and negotiate freight rates with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents.
• Prepare accurate quotations for customers and the sales team within the required turnaround time.
• Maintain strong relationships with carriers, shipping lines, and logistics partners.
• Analyze market trends, freight rates, and competitor pricing.
• Manage carrier contracts, tariffs, and pricing agreements.
• Coordinate with Operations, Sales, teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Monitor profit margins and ensure pricing aligns with company targets.
• Update and maintain pricing databases and rate sheets.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Pricing, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Air Freight
• Sea Freight (FCL & LCL)
• Import & Export Operations
• Customs Clearance
• International Logistics
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet quotation deadlines.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
