Key Responsibilities:
- Support delivery of daily lessons aligned with CBSE/ICSE/State board curriculum.
- Lead small-group or one-on-one interventions to reinforce classroom learning.
- Supervise students during transitions, playtime, lunch breaks, and field activities.
- Assist in preparing teaching aids, classroom displays, and hands-on educational materials.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Aid in formative assessments, track learning progress, and record observations.
- Encourage positive behavior using inclusive, child-centered discipline strategies.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and provide progress updates under lead teacher guidance.
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and staff meetings.
- Handle additional tasks related to student well-being or school events as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:Required:
- Minimum: Graduate.
- Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Education or Primary Teaching.
- Experience working with children aged 6–11 in a school, daycare, or similar educational setting.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with child-focused pedagogy (e.g., Montessori, Reggio Emilia).
- Understanding of developmental milestones and educational psychology.
