We are seeking a passionate and experienced Primary Coordinator to join our team and lead the primary section with dedication and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the academic and administrative functioning of the primary section (Grades 1–8).
• Provide leadership and guidance to teachers in curriculum planning, lesson delivery, and classroom management.
• Monitor student progress and implement strategies to improve learning outcomes.
• Organize and coordinate school activities, events, and assessments for the primary section.
• Ensure compliance with school policies, educational standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate communication between management, staff, students, and parents.
• Support teacher professional development through training, mentoring, and performance reviews.
• Create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree and Bachelor's in Education is must (B.Ed., preferred).
• Minimum [II] years of teaching experience in primary education; prior leadership/coordinator experience preferred.
• Very well Communication in English is must.
• Strong understanding of primary school curriculum and pedagogy.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to mentor and motivate teachers and students alike.
• Proficiency in technology for teaching and administration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
