Egypt Education Platform is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Homeroom Teacher for the Academic Year 2026-2027 at GEMS British International school of Madinaty. As a primary homeroom teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment that supports the growth and development of each student.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and assess engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student well-being and success.
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners.
  • Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student progress and school activities.
  • Contribute to the overall school community through participation in school events and extracurricular activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices.
  • Adhere to school policies and regulations, with a strong commitment to safeguarding and child protection.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
  • Teaching qualification (e.g., QTS, PGCE) is highly desirable.
  • At least 2 years of teaching experience in a primary setting.
  • Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
