Primary / Homeroom Teacher (Immediate Hiring)

Responsibilities:

• Implement a well-structured curriculum that adheres to the national standards and promotes active learning
• Design and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students in the primary grades
• Assess and track student progress, providing feedback to inform instruction and support individual learning plans
• Establish a positive classroom environment that encourages student interaction and participation
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to update them on student progress and involve them in the educational process
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the overall school environment
• Contribute to school events and extracurricular activities that enrich student experiences and build community
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE or an equivalent teaching qualification
• Previous experience in a primary teaching role is preferred, but not mandatory
• Strong organizational and classroom management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the varied needs of students
• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to continuous professional development
