Primary Level Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Primary Level Coordinator to oversee the academic and administrative functions of the primary section. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, support teachers, and create a positive, nurturing, and effective learning environment for young students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the Primary Section (Grades [Insert Grades]).
  • Support and mentor teachers in lesson planning, teaching strategies, and classroom management.
  • Monitor student progress and ensure academic standards are met.
  • Coordinate extracurricular activities, events, and parent-teacher interactions.
  • Assist in recruitment, training, and professional development of primary staff.
  • Ensure adherence to school policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain effective communication with parents, teachers, and school administration.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance student learning and engagement.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in teaching and/or coordinating at the primary level.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and support teachers while maintaining high academic standards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of modern teaching methods and child development principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
