Position Overview

We are inviting applications for the position of Primary Mathematics Teacher. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic educator who can make mathematics meaningful, enjoyable, and relevant to young learners through experiential and inquiry-based learning methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and well-structured math lessons aligned with the Cambridge Primary Mathematics framework.
• Foster conceptual understanding, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills among students.
• Integrate hands-on activities, manipulatives, and real-life applications to make learning mathematics enjoyable and effective..
• Assess, record, and report student progress in accordance with school and Cambridge standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design interdisciplinary and project-based learning experiences.
• Provide additional learning support or enrichment based on individual student needs.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and confidence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
• Prior experience teaching Mathematics at the primary level, preferably within a Cambridge or international curriculum setting.
• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to simplify complex concepts for young learners.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
