Job Title: Primary Teacher

Job Summary

We are seeking caring, enthusiastic, and qualified Primary Teachers to teach Classes I–V. The ideal candidate should be passionate about early education, capable of creating a nurturing learning environment, and skilled in child-centered teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach core subjects to Classes I–V as per curriculum
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans
• Use activity-based and experiential learning methods
• Foster students’ academic, social, and emotional development
• Assess and monitor student progress through worksheets, projects, and assessments
• Maintain student records, lesson plans, and progress reports
• Communicate regularly with parents and school management
• Participate in school events, training programs, and meetings
• Ensure student safety, discipline, and well-being

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate degree (B.A./B.Sc./B.Com, etc.)
• B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. / TTC (mandatory as per norms)
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Patience, empathy, and a child-friendly approach
• Ability to use teaching aids, activities, and digital tools
• Knowledge of CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum (preferred)

Experience

• 1–4 years of teaching experience at primary level
• Freshers with required qualifications may also apply

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience in activity-based or Montessori teaching
• Familiarity with NEP 2020 guidelines
• Creative skills (art, music, storytelling, craft)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
