Primary Teacher (PRT)

*Communication Skills* – Clear, simple language is a must. PRT teachers need to explain ideas in a way kids can grasp, listen actively, and keep parents in the loop 

*Creative Teaching Strategies* – Storytelling, role‑plays, games, and interactive activities make lessons fun and help young minds stay engaged  .

*Classroom Management* – Setting routines, clear expectations, and a positive environment keeps the class smooth and focused  .

*Child Development Knowledge* – Understanding how kids grow socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively lets teachers plan age‑appropriate activities and spot when a child needs extra support .

*Lesson Planning & Organization* – Well‑structured plans, organized materials, and flexible schedules ensure every minute counts  ² ³.

*Assessment & Record‑Keeping* – Regular observation, quick feedback, and tracking progress help tailor instruction and keep parents informed  ² ³.

*Technology & Digital Skills* – Using educational apps, multimedia, and simple LMS tools can boost engagement and cater to different learning styles  ¹ ³.

*Empathy & Patience* – Being able to understand feelings, handle tantrums, and offer gentle guidance builds trust and a safe classroom vibe  ² ¹.
