Primary Teacher (PRT)

We are looking for dynamic and dedicated Primary Teachers to handle all subjects for Classes I–V in a CBSE school environment. The ideal candidate must be passionate about teaching young learners, well-versed with CBSE curriculum standards, and skilled in creating an engaging and child-friendly learning atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver comprehensive and age-appropriate lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
• Teach core subjects including English, Mathematics, EVS, and Language (Tamil/Hindi) Mother Teacher for G1.
• Develop creative teaching strategies using activities, worksheets, storytelling, projects, and experiential learning.
• Assess student progress through assignments, tests, observations, and maintain accurate academic records.
• Use innovative teaching aids, digital tools, and classroom technology to enhance learning outcomes.
• Foster a positive, safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure holistic development—academic, emotional, and social.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress during PTMs and other meetings.
• Participate in school events, academic planning, training programs, and curriculum development activities.
• Ensure compliance with all CBSE norms, school policies, and child safety guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline with B.Ed. (mandatory) as per CBSE norms.
• Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school (preferred).
• Strong command of English, instructional skills, and classroom management abilities.
